This is my first book on parenting....ehehe.. first time parent la katakan.. couldn't help it.. must get a book for my own reference. Though I have both my parents and mother in law to refer to, I still believe in self reading and motivating.. just to make sure i know something bout the baby.. takde la harap kan org je :).. before this, masa pregnant dulu I had a book on pregnancy and delivery.. I found it very helpful.. as it prepares me for labour. Besides reading, all the pantangs and petuas were also helpful..
In this book by Dr Spock, he mentioned that there is no 1 correct way of teaching and developing your baby.. all we need to do is let the baby grow on its own pace.. tak yah la nak berlumba-lumba ngan anak kawan kita :P.. "eh baby ko dah leh buat ape?" all this talking will definitely make you want to push your baby.... kesian si kecik tu.. dah la tatau pape.. alih alih maknya duk excited.. hehehe :) suh buat itu ini cepat cepat :P...
Reading helps me understand my baby better, for an example, kalau baby nangis.. apa simtomsnya?? how to recognise your baby ni righthander ke lefthander? tapi if your baby baru 3 months old.. it is still too early to tell.. so tak yah la cuak sgt :P
